United Nations - The chief UN war crimes prosecutor yesterday expressed support for a new tribunal to try former Khmer Rouge leaders for their role in the Cambodian genocide.
But Prosecutor Louise Arbour of Canada said she had reservations about a simultaneous "truth commission" which has been proposed by a UN panel.
