Sarajevo - An international arrest warrant still exists for the Bosnian Serb wartime leader, Mr Radovan Karadzic, and he will be seized if he travels outside Bosnia, a spokesman for the war crimes court for the former Yugoslavia said yesterday. Mr Alex Ivanko, for the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) at The Hague, was responding to reports that Mr Karadzic occasionally travels outside Bosnia.
