No evidence was heard yesterday on the fifth day of the trial of a careworker who denies 115 charges of sexually abusing his two foster sons during the 1980s. Judge Joseph Mathews asked the jury to return to Dublin Circuit Criminal Court this morning when he said it would become aware of developments. The 50-year-old man denies the charges.
