Judgment was reserved yesterday in a High Court case in which a car mechanic claimed he was entitled to more than £250,000 from the National Lottery because one of his playslips with the winning Lotto numbers was not entered in the Lotto draw.
At the end of closing submissions yesterday by counsel for the man and the National Lottery, the President of the High Court, Mr Justice Costello, said he would reserve his judgment.
Mr Stephen Carroll, of Brittas, Dublin, is suing An Post National Lottery, which denies his claims.
