The High Court yesterday continued an order restraining Cork University Press (CUP) from infringing copyright on all works by the writer, James Joyce, who died in Zurich in 1941.

Mr Justice Smyth granted the interlocutory order to the trustees of the Joyce Estate. He granted a further order restraining CUP from passing off or attempting to pass off a work in the name of James Joyce or the title Ulysses not authorised by the Joyce Estate.
