London - The British Prime Minister, Mr Tony Blair, and the Liberal Democrat leader, Mr Charles Kennedy, have suspended the Labour-Liberal Democrat Joint Consultative Committee. They said there were no items on the JCC's agenda and no meetings scheduled for autumn.
