iTouch, the mobile phone information company - in which Independent News & Media has a 50 per cent stake - has acquired certain assets and brands of the Interactive Media and Content division of Thus Plc for £3.5 million sterling in cash.
The business provides voice services for a large number of media partners and corporate customers including Telegraph Group, Express Newspapers, Chelsea Football Club, Ladbroke's Racing, the British Racecourse Association and Britain’s Meteorological Office.
