THE IRISH TIMEShas launched an iPhone app for its weekly entertainment supplement, The Ticket. The Ticket app for iPhone is free of charge and offers access to the latest film, music and game reviews, along with interviews, comment and features.
The move follows the launch of an Irish Timesnews application for iPhone users last Saturday.
The news app, which costs €1.59 and is currently the top paid iPhone application in Ireland, includes breaking news, sports content and access to business news. “We are delighted our news app has been the top paid app in Ireland since its launch last week,” said Irish Times managing director Liam Kavanagh.
"We are confident that the Ticket app will provide iPhone users with yet another good reason to connect with Irish Timescontent."
