An inquest into the death of an American visitor, who died following an explosion at the Citywest Golf Course on October 25th last, was adjourned until March 26th at Dublin City Coroner's Court yesterday.

Mr Patrick Mulcahy, a married man with two children from Andover, North Boston, was playing golf at the club when a fire broke out in the adjoining hotel. While watching the hotel fire he was struck by a flying object and sustained injuries from which he subsequently died.
