La Paz - Senior members of his administration who have visited President Hugo Banzer in a Washington hospital are expected to bring word on whether he will resign his post when they return here today, the Bolivian media reported yesterday.
The Interior Minister, Mr Guillermo Fortun, Information Minister, Mr Manfredo Kempff and Chief of Staff, Mr Marcelo Perez, were visiting the 75-year-old Banzer this weekend at Washington's Walter Reed Army Medical Centre, where he is being treated for lung and liver cancer.
