WASHINGTON - The US House of Representatives voted yesterday to repeal the ban on semi automatic weapons, but the Senate is not expected to go along with the measure. The 239-173 vote came after an angry debate on removing the ban on weapons such as the AK-47 and the Uzi from the 1994 crime bill.
