BONN - A US scholar defended his book blaming ordinary Germans for willingly helping the Nazis murder millions of Jews as the German language edition sparked a fresh debate yesterday.
The Harvard sociologist, Daniel Jonah Goldhagen, said critics of Hitler's Willing Executioners were wrong to dismiss his book.
