Do you drink enough water? Most of us could do with drinking more, and the easiest way to do that is work it into your day.
Invest in a water bottle that you can clip to your bag when you are out, or keep it in the car. Sip water if you are out running or walking or during a workout at the gym. Keep a jug or bottle of water and a glass on your desk, and drink up often.
If water bores you, zing it up a little with a slice of lemon or cucumber, or a sprig of mint. And don’t forget that some foods pack a punch when it comes to water too: Iceberg lettuce, celery and the aforementioned cucumber are welcome additions for keeping your body well hydrated.
