Staff wellness in Wicklow retreat centre:Chrysalis, a holistic health centre in west Wicklow, is currently offering staff development wellness days.

.The days, which are led by trained facilitators, are designed to motivate and inspire teams in a relaxed and informal style. Groups of up to 24 people are welcome.

A meditation weekend led by three zen monks takes place in Teach Bride Retreat Centre, Tullow, Co Carlow from March 27th-30th. Classical concert on Good Friday

A concert of classical music which will include Mozart's Requiem and Schubert's Unfinished Symphony will take place on Good Friday at 8pm in St Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin.

Costumed event for blindness

On Saturday at 8pm, a Venetian costumed evening of entertainment in aid of the Fighting Blindness charity takes place in Clontarf Castle. Tickets cost €75 from Ticketmaster outlets.

Lecture on young people with OCD

Dr Gary O' Reilly, who works in the area of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for children and adolescents with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) will be giving a lecture on the subject in Dublin tomorrow evening.

The lecture, which starts at 7pm, will take place in the main lecture theatre of St Patricks Hospital, James Street, Dublin. Log on www.ocdireland.org.
