THERE'S still time today to visit two international festivals - that have been taking place over the weekend in Dublin and Galway. Celtic Wizard Promotions presents Galway's International Holistic Health and Healing Festival which continues today from 9.30 a.m. until 8 p.m. this evening in Leisureland, Salthill. There are seminars, lectures and more than 50 exhibitors covering such topics as acupuncture, spiritual healing, hour eopathy, hypnosis, reiki, bio energy and aromatherapy. In the RDS, Dublin the second Irish Mind and Body Spirit Festival runs from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. with a variety of lectures, workshops, performances and demonstrations covering areas such as biodynamic and transpersonal therapy, hypnosis, dealing with crisis and change. Dreamwork, astrology and complementary medicine.

THE Irish Cancer Society is organising a Stop Smoking Group starting next Monday at 8 p.m. and running every Monday for the next five weeks. The group will meet at the Irish Cancer Society's head offices, 5 Northumberland Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The cost of the course is £15 which is less than the price of six packets of 20 cigarettes.

HONEY Days, a fundraising campaign and awareness week to mark the silver jubilee of the Down Syndrome Association of Ireland, begins today. Honey pots will be on sale all around the country during this week and the campaign is being supported by the Boyne Valley Honey Company.

SRI Bala Ratnam, a yoga therapist for 30 years, will visit Dublin for one week from Friday next November 1st. His speciality is vibrational breath therapy which is designed to heal and manage physical or mental stress and immune system deficient conditions. NATIONAL Eczema Day takes place next Saturday in the Royal Hospital. Kilmainham, Dublin from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. An estimated one in 10 people will suffer in this distressing and highly visible skin condition at some time in their lives. There will be skin care video, a wide range of exhibitions with samples, talks and workshops by consultant dermatologists, demitology nurses and an allergist/immunologist.
