Undertakings given by hauliers last week not to blockade ports and highways in the terms of an injunction granted to the Competition Authority are to continue for the next two weeks, the High Court ruled yesterday. The action by the authority against the Irish Road Haulage Association Ltd, Dowling Freight Services Ltd, Mr Liam Flanagan, Mr Joseph Barrett and Mr John Nestor was adjourned for two weeks. Master Carriers Transport Company Ltd also gave an undertaking.
