A guide to the services and entitlements of disabled people in Galway, Mayo and Roscommon, was launched yesterday by Minister of State for Health, Dr Tom Moffat. The guide, Access West - Bealach Aniar, was drawn up by Enable Ireland in collaboration with the Western Health Board.
