A dispute between the Irish Coursing Club and a North of Ireland greyhound owner whose dog, Toy Razor, allegedly tested positive after finishing second in the Irish Coursing Derby in Clonmel two years ago, is to be reheard before the ICC's general purposes committee.

The committee had fined Mr Leslie Hill, Middle Road, Saintfield, Co Down, £5,000 and banned him from racing and breeding for a year.
