London - A GP at the centre of a police investigation into the deaths of 28 patients in his care was arrested yesterday. Dr Harold Shipman (52) who lives in Cheshire and has a surgery in Greater Manchester, is being questioned by detectives who exhumed the body of 81-year-old patient Kathleen Grundy on August 1st. Relatives raised concerns after her death in June when they realised her will had been changed in Dr Shipman's favour.
