The case involving a High Court challenge to the will of the late Gordon Lambert has been adjourned until the next law term, writes Pamela Duncan. The case will resume on Tuesday, October 6th.

Relatives of Mr Lambert, an art collector and former managing director of Jacob’s Biscuits, are challenging his final will which he made in August 2003.

The case was brought by Mr Lambert’s niece, June Lambert, Pembroke Lane, Dublin, and her cousin Mark Lambert, Rathdown Park, Greystones, Co Wicklow.

They have brought proceedings to strike down the will and a condition disqualifying any beneficiary who challenges it.
