New Delhi - An Indian temple consecrated to a new goddess - the goddess of AIDS - is attracting numerous visitors in a southern state, a news agency reported Monday.
The temple dedicated to Aidsamma, literally "the goddess of AIDS", in Karnataka was set up by a schoolteacher who was moved by the plight of an ostracised couple who died for want of medical treatment, the United News of India said.
