Moscow - Georgia yesterday rejected repeated Moscow requests to grant joint control over the former Soviet state's border with Russia's breakaway republic of Chechnya, Russian officials said. Moscow has accused Chechen rebels of smuggling arms through their 80-km mountainous border with the Caucasus state.
