Ireland's new representative in the EU Court of Auditors in Luxembourg, the former Fianna Fail minister, Ms Maire Geoghegan-Quinn, was yesterday sworn in with her Belgian, Spanish and Portuguese counterparts at a ceremony in the European Court of Justice.
