Gardaí are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 62-year-old man in Cork today. The man was taken to Cork University Hospital at 4 a.m. this morning from his caravan in the Bandon area, and died at 1 p.m. this afternoon.
The Gardai are awaiting the results of a post-mortem which is due to be conducted by the state pathologist later today before proceeding with the investigation.
