Gardaí made six arrests in four operations around Dublin last night, leading to the recovery of drugs worth about €70,000.
Two men were arrested and 2,000 ecstasy tablets were seized when a car was stopped in Coolock. Car searches in Clondalkin and Ballyfermot resulted in three arrests and the recovery of €20,000 worth of heroin.
Searches at two addresses in the south inner city led to another heroin seizure valued at €20,000. One man was arrested.
