The Parnell GAA Club Ltd, Dublin, which was struck off the Register of Companies in 1990 for failing to file its annual returns for 20 years, was restored to the Register yesterday by the High Court.
The club, with its registered office at The Clubhouse, Coolock, Dublin, has now prepared and lodged the outstanding annual returns. The Registrar of Companies had confirmed that they had been lodged, examined and appeared to be in order.
