President Clinton extended his sympathies to the McCorry family and to the Sinn Fein president, Mr Gerry Adams, as the funeral took place yesterday of the two teenage nephews of Mr Adams who were killed in a traffic accident on Tuesday.
Mourners gathered at the family home of Liam McCorry (18) and his brother, Michael (15), sons of Mrs Margaret and Mr Michael McCorry, a senior member of the ardcomhairle of the Workers' Party.
The funeral cortege proceeded to St Paul's Church on the Falls Road where Requiem Mass was celebrated by Father Michael Crossan.
The teenagers died when their car collided with a taxi on the Falls Road, a short distance from the family home.
