France coach Bernard Laporte has recalled Stephane Glas to the squad for the Six Nations game at Scotland on March 23rd.

France coach Bernard Laporte has recalled Stephane Glas to the squad for the Six Nations game at Scotland on March 23rd.

Glas, not in the squad which stunned tournament favourites England, has replaced centre Xavier Garbajosa.

Prop forward Jean-Baptiste Poux has also been named in the party in place of Garbojosa's Stade Toulousain team-mate Yannick Bru.

Team manager Joe Maso said: "This game against Scotland is even more important than the game against England. We need to win in order to prove ourselves.

"This is the most important game of the season. If we beat Scotland, then we will set ourselves up for a great occasion at the Stade de France (against Ireland)."
