Athens - Four illegal immigrants drowned and 59 others were pulled out of the Aegean Sea when the boat smuggling them from the Turkish coast to Greece hit a rocky islet yesterday, the Greek Merchant Marine Ministry said.

"The survivors are 46 men, six women and seven children," a ministry spokesman said. He said the small Greek motorised boat had sunk east of the island of Mykonos.
