The chairwoman of the Forum for Peace and Reconciliation, Judge Catherine McGuinness, told the Church of Ireland Men's Society at St John's, Malone, Belfast, that actions taken over the coming months would decide the destiny of this island for generations.
"All sides participated in the creation of the problems we face, whether by commission, omission or both. There must be an acknowledgment, therefore, that all have a responsibility in achieving their resolution."
