Nairobi - A group of former Mau Mau guerrillas, who fought for Kenya's independence from Britain in the 1950s, is demanding massive compensation for human rights abuses allegedly carried out by the colonial administration.
The so-called Mau Mau Original group said it wanted £5 billion and that it would file a lawsuit on behalf of hundreds of thousands of former Mau Mau fighters and civilians if the British government refused to pay.
