Washington-Eight people were arrested yesterday by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation for scheming to defraud the McDonald's fast-food restaurant chain in its latest prize-giveaway contest. More than $13 million in grand prizes were won by the co-conspirators in the scheme, which began in 1995.
