Bogota - A national reconciliation government including leftist Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) rebels should succeed President Andres Pastrana, the guerrillas said yesterday in Bogota's El Espectador daily.
The country deserves "a pluralist, patriotic and democratic government, under which they can take part in all social, economic and business sectors," when Mr Pastrana's mandate ends in August, 2002, FARC spokesman, Mr Raul Reyes said.
