Former Enron chief financial officer Mr Andrew Fastow today pleaded guilty to wire and securities fraud, according to business news network CNBC.
His wife, Ms Lea Fastow, was expected to plead guilty to tax fraud later in the day as part of a joint deal that prosecutors hope will help prosecute other former top Enron executives, authorities said.
