A post-mortem will be done on the body of an elderly man found dead in his home in Tuam, Co Galway, yesterday.
A Garda spokesman said the man’s body, which had burn injuries, was found by a neighbour at 4 p.m. and a local doctor was called. After an examination state pathologist Dr John Harbison was called.
The Gardaa have not named the dead man.
