The Association for Children and Adults with Learning Disabilities is to launch a training programme to provide enterprise and information technology training to unemployed adults who are excluded from the labour market because of a learning disability. In particular, the programme will train community workers and familiarise them with the concept of dyslexia and how to advise and work with trainees/others in their care whom they feel may be dyslexic.
