Libraries are a valuable source

Public libraries have long since expanded beyond simply lending books. They have become a valuable source of all sorts of low or no-cost information and many offer self-learning facilities such as computer and language training.

For example within the Fingal County Council area there is an Internet connection at Malahide library, computer learning facilities at Rathbeale and language learning at Malahide, Blanchardstown and Rathbeale.
