In a specially tailored National College of Ireland (NCI) programme, 20 Citigroup managers are to study for the Citigroup/National College of Ireland diploma in team leadership. They will begin studying areas such as team leader roles, interpersonal communications, performance management, leadership and motivation in mid-November. The NCI operates similar business-based programmes with the Bank of Ireland ICS, IBM, Intel and others.
