A film competition for PLC and third-level students doing television and media courses has just been launched by TV3. The completed programme, which must be a non-drama production, must run to about 24 minutes including not more than one minute of credits and one commercial break not less than 10 minutes after the start.

Submissions will be judged on all aspects of production: technical, creative, production skills and the standard of presentation. Entries must be sent to TV3 no later than Friday, July 30th, this year.
