London - A brain-damaged woman who had to relearn how to speak, read and write after taking ecstasy at a nightclub was yesterday awarded £250,000 agreed High Court damages over her hospital treatment. Ms Lorraine Leighton, now 25, had sued North Middlesex Hospital NHS Trust over the care she received when she was admitted in January 1995.
