DUP hypocrisy alleged

Ulster Unionists yesterday accused the DUP leadership of deceitful scare-mongering after Mr Peter Robinson, the DUP deputy leader, challenged the inclusion of Sinn Fein on subcommittees in the Northern Ireland Assembly. Mr Dermot Nesbitt, UUP Assembly member for South Down, called the DUP "first-class hypocrites" and said the door had always been open to the DUP to attend the ongoing round table discussions on North-South bodies and education.
