Birmingham midfielder David Dunn has had his yellow card for diving at Bolton on Saturday rescinded by referee Chris Foy.

Birmingham midfielder David Dunn has had his yellow card for diving at Bolton on Saturday rescinded by referee Chris Foy.

Dunn was tackled by Bolton's Ivan Campo inside the penalty area in the 33rd minute of Blues' 1-0 victory but Foy issued a caution to the former Blackburn player.

Yellow cards can only be rescinded by the official within 48 hours of the match as they are not subject to appeal from clubs or review by the Video Advisory Panel.

And Foy, having reviewed the incident on video, has decided that Dunn did not commit any offence and has requested the Football Association remove the yellow card from Dunn's record.
