Dublin Chamber of Commerce today announced a Hong Kong-Dublin Business Forum to promote increased business links and economic co-operation.
Speaking at a Dlunch today to mark the Chinese New Year, Dublin Chamber of Commerce chief executive Ms Gina Quin said the forum will produce tangible results at a time when the East is strengthening its presence in the world.
She said: "Ireland links to Hong Kong are longstanding and sincere; they involve all levels of international activity and are a great example of international co-operation and facilitation.
"The forum will act as a resource and will seek to do everything it can to foster a creative awareness and have tangible impact on trade between our two great cultures," Ms Quin said.
