The Children's Hospital at Temple Street has won this year's AIB Junior Chamber Dublin Business Heritage Award for its contribution to the community of Dublin over 120 years. The establishment of St Clare's Child Sex Abuse Assessment Unit in 1988 and a dedicated neurology department in 1993 were cited by the judges as examples of a "commitment to continued" expansion on behalf of the hospital.
