A man accused of dangerous driving causing death was returned for trial to the Circuit Court yesterday.
Mr Alan Brereton (20), of Tamerisk Avenue, Kilnamanagh, Co Dublin, appeared in Kilmainham District Court charged in connection with the death of Mr John Hart at Turnpike Road, Ballymount, on April 10th last. After reading the book of evidence, Judge Murrough Connellan returned him for trial to the next sittings of the Circuit Criminal Court, on his own bail.
