Donegal Airport has announced the introduction of the new ATR 50-seater aircraft for the Donegal to Dublin daily flights. This marks a 66 per cent capacity increase for passengers on the Aer Arann service.

The new aircraft will help to accommodate the rise in passenger numbers using the service, the demand for which has risen by over 20 per cent in recent months. It also cuts the flight time to 35 minutes from just under an hour on the previous Shorts 360 aircraft.
