PARIS - Police investigating the rape murder of a British schoolgirl, Caroline Dickinson, in July last year said yesterday they will request a DNA test on Jean Paul Barbault, who was arrested at the weekend after being caught trying to kidnap a 10 year old schoolgirl.
Mr Barbault, who has allegedly admitted kidnapping eight children, three of whom were raped, is suspected in the rape of a 10 year old girl at SaintMeen le Grand, in Brittany, on November 5th last year. Caroline Dickinson was raped and murdered in a youth hostel at nearby Pleine Fougeres.
