DCC has acquired Bottle Green Limited, a Leeds-based wine sales and marketing business.
DCC will pay between €12.5 million and €37.3 million depending on the average results between now and 2007.
Bottle Green has a strong New and Old World supplier base producing a range of company owned brands, private label and estate branded wines.
DCC's food and beverage division has grown rapidly in recent years through the acquisition of the wholesale and trade wine business of Mitchell and Son Limited and Ecock Wine and Spirits Limited in Ireland and DWS Wholesale Limited in northern Ireland.
