Judgment is to be given by the High Court on November 21st on a dispute which is threatening to disrupt Bush Eireann. The National Bus and Rail Workers' Union and two drivers are challenging the company's viability plan.
Mr Justice Kelly heard the case over two days earlier this month and reserved judgment. He advised that the NBRU and Bus Eireann delay any action in the threatened dispute until he had given his judgment.
