In a settlement approved by the Circuit Civil Court yesterday a publican is to pay £7,500 damages to a boy, now aged nine, who cut his knee while playing in a beer garden. Judge Karl Moran heard that liability for the injury to Darragh O'Dowd, of Ballyfermot Parade, Dublin, had been admitted by the Coachman's Inn, Airport Road, Dublin.
